White Sourdough
A traditional white sourdough loaf made with Canadian flour and of course our own Riverside sourdough starter.
Wholemeal Sourdough
A traditional half and half wholemeal and white sourdough loaf made with Canadian flour and our own Riverside sourdough starter.
Christmas Fruit Loaf
The Riverside Christmas Fruit Loaf is packed with mixed fruit and cranberries, deliciously flavoured with seasonal spices. This slightly indulgent taste of Christmas can be served plain, with butter or toasted. A really special treat.
Cheese & Jalapeño Sourdough
A speciality bread that excites the tastebuds. A white loaf made with Canadian flour and our own Riverside sourdough starter, with slices of Jalapeño peppers and mature cheese.
Seeded Loaf
Our fermented seeded bread contains white, wholemeal,maize and rye flour. To this we add four wholesome seeds - pumpkin, sunflower, hemp and flax. The result is a healthy, crunchy loaf with a great texture.
Bloomer
Our bloomer is a delicious thick, long, white loaf, lightly cut across the top. When baked without a bread tin holding it in place, the cuts open out or 'bloom' to give a golden crisp crust.
Focaccia
We use a classic Italian recipe with the optional addition of rosemary or black olives, topped with sea salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
Sandwich Loaf
Based on the French Pain de Mie (bread with crumbs), ours is a pure white bread with the thinnest possible crust. Each slice is soft and light, and ideal for sandwiches or toast.
Bagels
Bagels are the only bread product that is boiled before it is baked. Our bagels are made from the basic bread ingredients of flour, yeast and salt.
